Curious about what happened
                       when Kelly Connects.

Kelly visited this website. Talked to a few friends, ran the numbers and conferred with her husband Nick. Feeling positive, she decided. Minutes later, she joined Connect.

Two weeks later - it’s 10:07am.

Claire’s off to school, Will’s watching The Wiggles, and Kelly’s in her office customizing a Connect Homebuyer’s Guide online for a new client.

Her cell phone rings. It’s a sign call on her new listing. She thinks to herself, “wow - I never got these sign calls before - they were always routed to the front desk and the agent on duty. I never had the time for floor duty.”

She starts thinking about how many leads she’s missed over the years … even though she paid for that desk every month (the one at which she never sat at yet paid $800 a month for!).

She ends the call, reaches for her calculator, and quickly figures out her 80% split.

Nice. Will laughs in the other room. She looks forward to taking him to Claire’s soccer match tonight with all her stuff done for the day. She’s working, yet, she’s happy. Now that she’s Connected --- and you can be connected too!

She’s got her showing appointment set for tomorrow at 4:30. That caller, Joyce Turner, would also like to know what her home is worth - HA! Maybe a sale and listing appointment, so she’s back onto Connect’s Online Agent Toolkit to customize the online pre-listing package.

It’s her phone again. This time a text message.

Kelly had been so jazzed on Connect that she suggested a couple of her friends join. They did. Now, when they make money, she earns residual income and Connect notifies her every time Joy and Sharon make a sale.

She decides to quickly call Joy and congratulate her...while they chit-chat Joy asks Kelly if she has time to have a glass of wine with one of her Realtor friends, her friend is a little miffed at the cutbacks her broker is making...you'd think in a tougher market, brokers would expand their marketing....not shrink it. Kelly, "Sure...when and where."

All this with no rush hour traffic, no pre-dawn preparations, and rarely the need for a babysitter. Kelly’s connected.

  Later that evening, when the dishes are washed, clothes are folded and
  the kids are sound asleep, Kelly logs on to the Connect site to do her listing
  presentation homework.

  While customizing and downloading her presentation, her Connect-Chat
  window is active. Look - one of her other girlfriends is logged on, too.

  While working Kelly, Mary (her girlfriend) Lucy (on the other side of the
  country) and Laura (on the other other side) chat about the day, the kids,    husbands, boyfriends and just a smidge of business.

As Kelly wraps up her day, just before logging off, she browses the training section, ahhhh there it is - the short, jam-packed with bright ideas and tips video tutorial on listing presentations. She downloads it to her iPod so she can listen to it again in the car while driving Claire to school. What a day.

She has the time. She has the tools. She has the support.
